Sustainability is firmly anchored in FLUXANA's corporate philosophy. With our successful participation in the ÖKOPROFIT project, we have made a conscious decision to focus on environmentally responsible development. The structured environmental management program helped us to measurably reduce our ecological impact and optimize processes in a sustainable manner.
One focus was the switch to climate-friendly plastic cups with less waste and CO₂. At the same time, we digitized our processes and significantly reduced paper consumption. Waste generation has also been significantly reduced. In addition, we regularly participate in the “Stadtradeln” campaign, which combines climate protection and sustainable mobility. Overall, we save over 3 tons of CO₂ and over 10 tons of waste annually.
Training courses and workshops promote environmental awareness within the team and anchor sustainable practices in everyday life.
Our future projects are already in place: We are planning to install solar energy storage systems and launch initiatives to preserve biodiversity, such as birdhouses and bee hotels on the company premises.

Fresh fruit and drinks are available every day for the well-being of our employees. In addition, we promote their health and strength with voluntary fitness studio memberships, because healthy, capable employees are a prerequisite for a successful company.
To strengthen the company cohesion, company events, such as the summer festival, eating “Weckmänner” (bread shaped like a gingerbread man) together, sport events, a “Stammtisch” (regular meetings in a pub), etc., take place on a regular basis.
We see it as a company responsibility to create apprenticeships so that we can provide young people with the possibility of learning the different professions available in our company.
