|Frequently, it is only possible to help a customer by sending an XRF specialist to their location. But because this is expensive and time consuming, FLUXANA offers an alternative: Online assistance. For this, the customer must allow the FLUXANA specialist access to the XRF computer. FLUXANA uses the Teamviewer program for its Online Support. The program can only access the customer computer when consent is expressly given. During access, the content displayed on the monitor is sent to FLUXANA via Internet and all keyboard and mouse commands to the customer – a kind of remote control of the customer PC. In this way, the customer can exactly follow what the specialist does on the PC.|
